Road Apple Roulette Raffle

Rotarians are currently selling raffle tickets for $5 each. Tickets can be purchased by any Wenatchee Sunrise Rotary member!

Win Up to $10,000 with the Road Apple Roulette Raffle!

Purchase your $5 raffle ticket and take your best guess where the horses will leave their “road apples” during the Stemilt Grand Parade for a chance to win up to $10,000!

1. Memorial Park during the Food Festival (11 AM – 7 PM daily) at the Wenatchee Sunrise Rotary Booth

HOW IT WORKS

1. When the selected group of horses reaches the designated area, the section that receives the first "road apple" will be declared the winning section.

2. From that section, one lucky winner will be drawn to receive the $10,000 grand prize!

3. Additionally, four $500 prizes will be awarded—one for each of the other four sections.

4. Rotary’s Equine Sanitation Team will follow the horses to ensure accuracy and keep the parade route clean.

5. Proceeds support local community charities.

RULES OF THE ROAD

1. 5 Sections will be marked on the Grand Parade route near Memorial Park, between the red crosswalk and Chelan Ave.

2. When the “to be determined” group of horses reach the sections area they will be observed for the first horse droppings to hit the road.

3. The section that has the first horse droppings will be declared the Grand Prize eligible section.

4. Every raffle ticket sold for the “eligible” section will be placed into a receptacle.

5. One raffle ticket will be drawn for the Grand Prize of $10,000.00 (IRS taxes will be withheld).

6. A secondary drawing will take place for each of the four losing sections. One raffle ticket will be drawn from each losing section, and each of the four ticket holders will win $500.00.

7. If no horse droppings land in any of the designated sections, we will randomly draw a number from 1 to 5, and that number will determine the Grand Prize “eligible section”.
